The home is shared with one lovable small dog, so a fondness for dogs is required. No additional pets are allowed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, situated around a lake with walking trails and a pool. We are conveniently located near NCCU, Duke University, UNC-Chapel Hill, Southpoint Mall, and just a five-minute drive from I-40.
